UXArmy gets SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliant with robust cloud monitoring
Asia’s first remote user research platform, UXArmy, is paving the way for the future of product development one step at a time. Based in Singapore, with offices in India and Malaysia, the organization aims to provide services to companies across the globe, despite any geographical, linguistic, and cultural differences. Kuldeep Kulshreshtha and TJ Park co-founded UXArmy with a vision of becoming a one-stop provider of User research tools and participants.
Remote UX research is gaining momentum across organizations as it is simpler to include a wider range of participants this way, representing various racial and geographic backgrounds. This, in turn, enables companies to obtain a diverse range of viewpoints and feedback for a better understanding. UXArmy aims to further improve the accuracy and actionability of remote user research, and rightfully so because it is quickly becoming a go-to platform for businesses and UX evangelists to streamline and automate their work.
UXArmy has a network of clients in the SEA region and caters to a multitude of global brands looking to expand their operations in Asia. This, consequently, creates an expansive multi-region cloud infrastructure footprint, making a strong information security posture and continuous threat monitoring one of their highest priorities.
Partnering with Scrut Automation proved to be a pivotal choice for UXArmy as they were able to automatically monitor their cloud infrastructure and assets across computer instances for potential threats. It has become significantly easier to observe databases, applications, and environments through the smartGRC platform in order to detect potential deviations from SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards and to maintain continuous compliance with these respective standards.
